WHO QUALIFIES

Almost everyone in Champaran.

✓ We buy from you if:

  • Your land is located within either Champaran district (West or East)
  • You have legal title — even if mutation is pending, we help complete it
  • The land is residential, commercial, agricultural, or built-up (any classification)
  • Plot size is anywhere from 600 sqft to 50 bighas — both ends welcome
  • You're a co-sharer — we coordinate with other sharers and pay each proportionately

✗ We cannot buy if:

  • The land is under court attachment or bank lien that cannot be released
  • Title is fundamentally disputed (criminal forgery cases, etc.)
  • Land is forest department, gairmazarua, or acquired under government project
